This website is operated by RaceForValue Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16870149.

The website provides information about RaceForValue, its consultancy capability, experience, insights and ways to make contact or access Value Hub.
2. Website information is not a consultancy engagement
Website content is provided for general business information. It does not take account of the circumstances of a particular organisation and is not a substitute for advice or deliverables provided under an agreed consultancy engagement.
Submitting a Contact form, requesting information, accessing public content or discussing a potential requirement does not by itself create a consultancy contract, reserve capacity or authorise RaceForValue to act on your behalf. Scope, responsibilities, fees, confidentiality, deliverables and other commercial terms are agreed separately.
3. Portfolio and results
Portfolio and case-study material describes particular work, circumstances and outcomes. Historical results, identified opportunities, estimates and examples do not guarantee that another organisation will achieve the same certification, contract award, savings, revenue, profit or other result. Outcomes depend on the relevant facts, decisions, implementation and external circumstances.
4. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, website text, original graphics, frameworks, documents and RaceForValue branding are owned by or licensed to RaceForValue Ltd. Third-party names, trade marks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
You may view the public website and retain reasonable extracts for your own internal evaluation of RaceForValue. You must not reproduce, republish, sell, distribute, adapt or commercially exploit website materials without permission or another lawful entitlement.
Access to paid, licensed, confidential or account-specific material does not give you a right to redistribute it. Separate licence, purchase or engagement terms may apply to such material.
